So here’s the story…
First, Ryan and I decided we loved this uber-cool new book called Pitch Anything more than we loved our own testicles, so we did a series of podcasts interpreting the author’s insights for online marketers…
Then I found out that one of my long-term hyper-responsive marketing club customers was actually working with the author, handling the back end…
And he arranged for this GREAT interview, which was supposed to be part of a promotion for his back end, but we couldn’t coordinate the timing with him 🙁
I wanted you to hear the interview anyway. And if you’re looking to raise capital, I’d definitely recommend looking into everything Oren Klaff’s got to offer. (Even if you’re not looking to raise capital, I recommend you read the Pitch Anything book twice over, just for the marketing lessons)
I actually left in the first few minutes of interview “set up” because I thought Oren’s interaction with us was really interesting. By the time we’d gotten on the call, by the way, I’d already lost frame control! (During the set up with his assistant five minutes before the call, the assistant casually insisted on evaluating the size of the opportunity I was bringing to the table before they decided how much time and resource they’d be able to allocate to the promotion …very slick!)
Anyway, you’ll hear me sounding much-less-than-my-typical-authoritative-doctor-self. After the interview I said to myself “Glenn, what’s wrong with you! You’ve got amazing credentials and have accomplished a world of astounding things… why are you acting like a little girl?”…
But I was in the presence of the master…
The CONTENT of this interview is amazing…
